Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and maintaining inventory and pharmacy compliance.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe pharmacy operations.
- Provide compassionate patient service, resolve or escalate concerns, and assist with health services such as immunizations where permitted and trained.
- Perform basic inventory tasks and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and patient privacy requirements.
