Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and maintaining inventory and compliance.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe operations.
- Assist patients with service questions, health services, and problem resolution; escalate issues when appropriate.
- Perform basic inventory tasks and, where permitted and trained, support immunizations and other patient health services.
