Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and contributing to pharmacy services and inventory tasks.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe operations.
- Assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone; resolve or escalate concerns and offer pharmacy services where permitted.
- Perform inventory tasks and, where trained and permitted, support immunizations and other patient health services.
