What you'll do
- Handle general service questions and support member enrollment, electronic record creation and maintenance, appointment scheduling, and care-plan processing and mailing.
- Support inbound and outbound calls; document activity and maintain electronic medical records.
- Provide customer service to plan members and internal and external partners.
