Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and contributing to inventory and pharmacy services.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe operations.
- Assist patients with care and service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone; resolve or escalate issues.
- Perform permitted inventory activities and, where trained and allowed, support immunizations and other health services.
