Performs front-end order entry and related tasks at a closed-door pharmacy, collaborating with pharmacists and colleagues to support accurate medication dispensing and customer service.
What you'll do
- Triage customer service requests and enter medication orders, including calculating or verifying prescribed dosages.
- Support dispensing accuracy by sharing flagged allergy, interaction, and duplication information with pharmacists and following up on narcotic prescriptions.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records.
