What you'll do
- Triage customer service requests and maintain accurate customer records.
- Calculate or verify prescription dosages and help ensure narcotic prescriptions are returned in a timely manner.
- Provide pharmacists with information about allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other computer alerts.
