What you'll do
- Enter orders and help verify prescription accuracy, including calculating or verifying dosages.
- Triage customer service requests and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide pharmacists with information on allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other system alerts; assist with timely review of narcotic prescriptions.
