What you'll do
- Triage customer service requests and enter prescription orders, collaborating with team members to support accurate dispensing.
- Calculate or verify prescription dosages and provide pharmacists with information on allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other flagged items.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with timely return of narcotic prescriptions.
