What you'll do
- Enter orders and triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and required response.
- Calculate or verify prescription dosages and provide pharmacists with information about allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other computer alerts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with timely review of narcotic prescriptions.
