What you'll do
- Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and response needed.
- Calculate or verify prescription dosages and provide the pharmacist with information about allergies, interactions, therapeutic duplications, and computer alerts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with timely review of narcotic prescriptions.
