Provides clinic-based primary and family care across assigned locations, including in-person and virtual visits when clinic volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care, testing, counseling, and injury treatment.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and support wellness services, chronic disease management, and screenings.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and appointment management.

- Relevant active, unrestricted state APRN/FNP or PA license; PAs may be eligible to obtain a license upon hire.
- Current national board certification for NPs (AANP or ANCC) or current NCCPA certification for PAs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment; physical presence at assigned clinic required.

$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
