Leads daily operations, staff, and performance at a single Oak Street Health primary care clinic.
What you'll do
- Hire, supervise, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 15 or more clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Oversee safe, efficient clinic operations, patient experience, scheduling, and implementation of operational initiatives.
- Partner with clinic leaders to drive patient, team, and center performance.
