About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person visits and virtual visits from the clinic when patient volume allows.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Perform diagnostic testing, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- For nurse practitioners: master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active, unrestricted FNP/APRN license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide evidence-based care, including counseling on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.
- Experience in virtual care, digital health tools, or a prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if provider experience is under one year).
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
