Principal Architect (Solutions and Automation)

What you'll do

• Provide architecture leadership, design reviews, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and buy-versus-build recommendations.
• Develop AI/ML and automation solutions, including feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and demonstrations; drive adoption of emerging technologies.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and advance modernization and innovation initiatives.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of overall design/development experience, including over 7 years of hands-on cloud-platform experience, primarily with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); solid Azure experience and familiarity with AWS.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns, especially Domain Driven Architecture and Microservices; experience with integration layers and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar.
• Experience in security, automation, observability, enterprise development tools, SDLC methodologies, and automating complex processes, including RPA solutions.
• Proven ability to influence major technology decisions, collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and communicate complex concepts.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain knowledge, data standards, regulatory compliance, and digital health trends.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL storage and caching, high-performance cloud-native solutions, or design thinking and innovation frameworks.

$144,200.00 - $288,400.00 USD base salary
