- Lead process improvement projects and assessments, producing process maps, performance baselines, root-cause analyses, recommendations, and control plans.
- Facilitate FOX problem-solving topics and working teams; develop project plans, charters, and leadership updates.
- Apply process-mapping and analytical methods to define opportunities, monitor risks and actions, and validate outcomes.
