About the job
Provides and coordinates primary care nursing, including assessment, triage, treatment, patient education, and collaboration with the care team.
What you'll do
- Deliver nursing care, triage, symptom management, medication reviews, procedures, and specimen collection.
- Educate patients, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Respond to patient requests and contribute to care-team meetings and clinic operations.
