A paid 10-week internship providing hands-on experience leading retail store operations, supporting customers and teams, and completing a business-focused project for leadership.
What you'll do
- Work with Store Managers and retail leaders to learn leadership, staffing, talent development, customer engagement, and store operations.
- Support merchandise handling, inventory management, stocking, and customer service, including during busy periods.
- Complete a store-focused business project and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
