A 10-week paid internship providing hands-on retail store leadership, customer service, operational experience, and a business project presented to leadership.
What you'll do
- Learn store leadership and operations alongside Store Managers and retail leaders, including staffing, talent development, customer engagement, inventory, and stocking.
- Support store teams and customers while learning how business decisions affect store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Complete a business-focused project addressing an opportunity in the assigned store and present recommendations to leadership.
