Retail Store Management Internship Summer 2027 - Philadelphia

What you'll do

• Support store operations such as merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking while serving customers.
• Learn to motivate and manage a store team and analyze business performance alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project addressing an opportunity and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

What they ask for

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program, with expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, on a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, or General Business.

Pay

$20-$22 per hour (base pay); $16.50 - $24.00 (base pay)
