Analyzes and improves merchandising performance for assigned categories, developing pricing and promotional strategies, forecasts, and recommendations to support category growth.
What you'll do
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans; monitor category sales and KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Forecast demand and inventory, assess supplier performance, and coordinate new-item setup and off-shelf programs.
- Present findings and recommendations, support category-growth initiatives, and guide junior staff.
