About the job
Provides operational and technical support for maintaining, auditing, and improving provider data used for claims adjudication and provider directories.

- Maintain provider demographic and contract information, including complex transactions and support for new networks and product implementations.
- Validate system enhancements, investigate provider-data issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct provider-information audits and collaborate across teams to resolve data-quality issues.
