Provides legal counsel on healthcare regulations, state market conduct matters, and implementation of new laws affecting CVS Health and its PBM-related operations.
What you'll do
- Advise internal stakeholders and senior management on federal and state healthcare regulations and newly enacted legal requirements.
- Research state laws, prepare communications with regulators, and review market conduct findings, consent orders, legal risks, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate across legal, compliance, government affairs, regulatory affairs, and business teams to implement laws; support junior staff onboarding.

$175,100.00 - $334,750.00 (base salary)
