What you'll do
- Leads credentialing services and sets operational strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitors performance metrics and drives improvement in effectiveness, quality, compliance, and service delivery.
- Leads audits and corrective actions, and partners across teams to resolve provider-related issues.
