Senior Manager, Learning and Development - CVS Media Exchange (CMX)

What you'll do

• Develop role-based learning paths, onboarding, sales training, and certification programs aligned with CMX business priorities.
• Manage learning operations and partner with cross-functional leaders to identify needs, create learning materials, and deliver signature programs.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve learning experiences based on feedback, readiness, adoption, and workplace application.

• 7+ years of learning and development experience translating business priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning programs, curriculum, and learning technologies, especially for sales teams.
• 3+ years collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders on organizational learning initiatives.
• 2+ years of retail media, retail, brand, agency, digital marketing, or ad tech experience.

Nice to have

• Experience creating learning roadmaps and strategic plans; familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Saba Cloud; strong presentation and facilitation skills.

$82,940.00 - $199,144.00 USD base salary
