What you'll do
- Oversee delivery across 2–3 scrum teams, including planning, timelines, deployments, risk management, and status reporting.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, set performance objectives, and provide technical direction.
- Coordinate with product and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements, resolve dependencies, and drive modernization and AI-enabled execution.
