What you'll do
- Lead and develop an underwriting team, managing workloads, performance, staffing, and training.
- Drive operational improvements in productivity, process efficiency, rating accuracy, and customer experience.
- Review underwriting exceptions and financial variances, and collaborate with internal and external partners on case strategy, pricing, and underwriting decisions.
