Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and crew.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
