Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports daily operations and opening and closing procedures, and promotes customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; manages promotional displays, inventory, and department resets.
