Leads store staff and daily operations during assigned shifts, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening or closing procedures are completed.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate store crew activities, communicating with management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, maintain displays and inventory, and reset departments according to POGs.
