Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked, priced, and presented appropriately.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
