Leads store operations and staff in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; maintains promotional displays, signs, inventory, and department layouts.
