Leads store staff and daily operations when management is absent, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked, priced, and presented appropriately.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signs, manages promotional inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
