Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and delivers customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities while communicating with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
