Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked, priced, and presented properly.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer-relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
