Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes displays, inventory, and department resets.
