Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is unavailable, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Stocks and prices merchandise, manages displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
