Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports daily operations and customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures are completed.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
