Leads store staff and daily operations when management is unavailable, supports customer service, and helps maintain merchandise presentation and inventory.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
