About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations, supports customer service, and completes opening and closing procedures when store management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and crews.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, maintain displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
