Leads store staff and daily operations on assigned shifts, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening or closing procedures are completed.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues according to company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
