Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports store performance and customer service, and completes opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute promotional and seasonal displays, and reset departments following POGs.
