Leads store staff and daily operations when management is unavailable, while supporting customer service and merchandise execution.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Helps customers and handles customer relations issues according to company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
