Leads store staff in day-to-day operations and opening or closing procedures while supporting customer service, store execution, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signs, and resets departments following POGs.
