Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
