Leads store staff and daily operations in support of CVS store management, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, sets promotional displays, manages inventory presentation, and resets departments following POGs.
