About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
