Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and inventory, and resets departments according to POGs.
