Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports store management and completes opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
