Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service and merchandise execution.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and supports a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments according to POGs.
